Up, up and away...

It's finally happening - in one and a half hours we head to the airport and wing our way across the Pacific - arriving 7 hours before we left! The last two weeks have been pretty hectic getting our cycles & all the gear to go with them sorted. Yesterday afternoon we finally packed our bikes into their boxes and completed the final task on the long task list. Only then I began to feel like we are actually going and we are on holiday. Now just a few phone calls to make and away we go. Have just talked with Nicole's parents. Her Mum Janet, suggested that she join us (see the photo!), but we politely declined. Anyway...will update this when we have been on the ground a few days, firmed up a route and about to hit the streets! Let the good times roll ...
